Residential roofing is our specialty. We go the extra mile to protect your investment. All residential roofing is completed in sections daily to protect against unexpected weather changes. Plywood and tarps are used to protect the home's landscaping during the removal of the old roofing system. We furnish our own clean up crew and all the job related debris is removed daily. We'll even clean out all gutters and use a magnet to sweep for nails. All chimneys are custom re-flashed. Ice and water barrier is installed in all valleys, around every chimney, and at all gutter lines with aluminum gutter apron. We use 15 lb. felt paper to cover the remainder of the roof deck. All valleys are reinforced with 90 lb. mineral surfaced roll roofing and shingled using the closed cut system.
