Hello Brickey,

After several months of seeing homes in our neighborhood getting new roofs we decided to call Brickey. We had used your services on our prior home(due to faulty manufactured shingles)used by the home builder. Todd came out and was very down to earth, honest, and very customer service oriented. He looked at the roof and determined it was worth me calling the insurance adjustor, and the rest is history. Great Job again!

Todd was the face of the company, and he is excellent. He is extremely responsive, anticipated any concerns we had, (and others in the company that he credited when he spoke with us) worked through the insurance issues for us - he couldn't have made it any easier. Also, the crew that came out - what a great team. In addition to being fast and efficient, they were careful with my flowers and yard stuff, when we'd step out of the house they were very careful and paused to make sure of safety, they were friendly, and cleaned everything up beautifully. They did the extra steps as a team, and were all great. We will recommend your company in a heartbeat.

sooooo, I'm a skeptic on every level...I've been in business all my life and spent quite a while in sales...before I accepted the contract for my roof, I checked everything that I could possibly check. Even then, i was going to go through a small local company. The reason i finally decided to go with you is that my salesman, Steve Louden (sp), jumped through every hoop & was professional and knowledgeable on every level. To be honest, the more I like a salesman, the less i trust him...but he was up to the task so if the rest of my experience with your company is as good as my experience with Steve, I'm sure we'll have a long and prosperous future together.
