This letter is to commend you for the services provided in replacing our roof. Several neighbors were upset to the fact that within 1 day and a couple of hours you completely removed our roof to the panels and reinstalled a new roof within that time. They are still having their roof worked on and are waiting for the inspector to release them back to work. The inspector has had no problem with the work done and immediately released the crew for completion of the project. Quality is everything and this crew did an outstanding job (coming from someone who installed several of his own roofs).

The crew was outstanding and courteous to my wife, 3 children and me. The entire project was seamless. Allstate, which is a very meticulous organization to work with, praised you for the adjustment reports generated by Omiah Travis who kept me informed with the minimal intrusions. I have several friends in the neighborhoods that are looking to use your service for their roof. I woul not refer them to you if I did not feel you did an outstanding job.
