Our HOA, which consists of 58 homes just underwent a major re-roofing project. All of the roofs within our HOA had shake shingles and we replaced them using an Owens Corning asphalt product, Woodmoor, that is reminiscent of wood shakes without the expense or maintenance associated with wood shakes.

Brickey Construction was the company we chose to handle this major project and it was a well-made decision. They handled absolutely every aspect of the project and Shane Knackstedt, the Project Manager, was on-site every day to personally handle any issues or questions that might arise.

Each building was completed within a day and was left with a new roof and the property cleaned up. Some homeowners would leave for work in the morning and come home to a new roof without any evidence of anyone even being there.

They also finished the project on time and within the budget outlined in our contract. Even our property management company, CMS, Inc., said that it was the smoothest construction project they had ever been part of.

I would highly recommend Brickey Construction to anyone who has a need for roofing services and would use them again myself, if the need should ever arise.
